No, 125% loans do not exist any more. It is almost impossible to get a 100% loan, never mind a 125% loan…

Not for a mortgage.
What is your goal for refinancing? Do you have an adjusting ARM? If that is the case, speaking directly with your current lender about modifying your loan is probably your best bet. Since they already hold the loan, they’re more likely than anyone else to work something out.
