As I heard these days joining investor network gives you real and actual information even though you have to pay for it a little bit of money. In some states, buyer's agents are legally prevented from representing buyers who do not intend to occupy properties with a Notice of Default recorded. Once the bank owns them, everybody knows about them. Nor are foreclosures necessarily for the first time buyer. There are a lot of issues.
