Even the sites you pay for are notoriously inaccurate.
You are better off dealing with whatever local agency processes the foreclosures.

US HUD has free listings but they are not always up to date. Contact the agent on a HUD listing and they can help. Just looking through your local multiple listing service they pop up all the time. Be aware that many foreclosures wind up in a bidding competition and are bought for more than their true value. Pre-foreclosures & short sales have many tricky snags that can hurt you. Housing market continues to go down in price and there are many good deals to be had without them being a foreclosure. Be a comparison shopper. Sometimes what appears to be the cheapest is the most expensive. Good luck.
