I am 25. Single, and looking to move back to my Home state of Utah. I have been in New Jersey for 5 years renting and I want to own when I go back. The option is buy a home or buy a townhome (condos are out of the question, to apartment like). I know all about the fees associated with a townhome. I just wanted to get more opinions. My thought is that I am getting the same amount of SQ feet in a townhome as in a house but for a cheaper price. I am looking at buying a new one so I would be able to customize the interior to my liking.
